Permanent Staffing

Temporary Staffing
On Deployment, IRC delivers candidates on a Project to Project basis, where the candidates are on SEED’s payroll and working at the client location.
Contract-to-hire
IRC offers clients with candidates for deployment. The customer may hire the applicant at the end of the contract time or even before that, depending on the candidate’s performance.
